Clearing Smart Cabinet Alarms

Press and Hold the "down" arrow until you see "---" flash on the screen

Alarms on the cabinet may be triggered for a variety of reasons and are required to be cleared for your cabinet to operate normally. You may see an alarm if:

  • After card pre-authorization, the door does not unlock
  • If the POS says "We'll be right back"
  • The "System Check" has the error Smart Lock - Status: Alarm,

To resolve alarms this, press and hold the "down" arrow on the system controller until you see "---" flash on the screen (approx 5 seconds).
