Order status and expected shipment date
You can now see the latest status of your Smart Store order(s) by visiting Your Orders page.

Note: The Ship Date is the expected shipment date from our manufacturing facility and are subject to change. Transit times to your location vary depending on your location.
Shipment tracking number
Once your order has shipped from our manufacturing facility, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your shipment.
This tracking number is provided by our Freight partner and will track the shipment from our manufacturing facility to the nearest warehouse to the final destination address.
Once the units arrive at the warehouse near the final destination, you will be contacted via phone / email to schedule a final delivery date & time for your unit(s).
